After the initial grace period of 6-months, there will be a low monthly fee of $5.00 that allows you to pay up to 15 online bills free per month. In excess of 15 there is a $.45 per transaction fee. The fee will be deducted automatically from the Bill Pay Account you specify. The account accessed through Winter Hill Bank's Online service will continue to be subject to normal fees that are identified in Winter Hill Bank's current Schedule of Fees brochure. Online banking requires browsers of version 5.0 or above with 128-bit encryption capability. It is strongly recommended you use Internet Explorer version 7.0, with the phishing filter enabled, for all of your browsing activity.

For Your Security
When you apply for Online Banking, you will receive your User ID and Password by email. Once you have received your login information, we recommend you change it. Our Online Banking is done on a secure server.
